April 1, 2024 Deadline to submit hotel reservation dates and flight information to SRN.
Planning to reserve a hotel room Pre or Post the symposium nights. Submit reservation fomr right away. We don't guarantee pre or post-hotel reservation dates ( upon hotel availability). Submit your pre or post-dates on the form, and we will reserve with the hotel.

Are you flying to the symposium?
The suggested airport to fly into is John Wayne Airport (SNA airport code)
Should your spouse/ personal guest join you, you will be responsible for their airfare.
SRN provides complimentary shuttle transportation for attendees to and from ONLY the John Wayne (SNA) Airport-Orange County.
No car rental reimbursements
No transportation from LAX Airport
No transpiration to or from other hotels
A copy of your roundtrip flight with receipt needs to be emailed to Stephanie@srnexus.com by 4/1/2024
Must provide Airline confirmation code
Must provide full flight details ( Flight numbers, Times, Airlines)
Showing amount paid
Flight reimbursement: Checks are sent within two weeks after the close of the symposium.
Only reimburse for Economy airfare up to $500. We reimburse for the actual flight receipt amount.
No reimbursement for seat upgrades, early check-in, or baggage fees
Hotel Information:
Location: Surf and Sand Resort, 1555 S Coast Hwy, Laguna Beach, CA 92651
All hotel reservations are booked and edited through Stephanie Lonon, SRN Executive Assistant. The hotel will NOT take direct bookings. SRN pays for two lodging nights Wednesday, May 8, 2024, and Thursday, May 9, 2024
Pre or Post symposium hotel reservation nights must be included on the registration form. SRN will book those dates, and the hotel will bill you directly upon checkout. Extra Night Discounted Rates Mon & Tuesday $425 +tax a night, Friday & Saturday $499 +tax a night )
IF you request pre or post night
The hotel will ask you to provide a credit card for those nights.You have until 4/1/2024 to cancel pre or post-nights or the hotel will charge you. We are under contract for the special rate. You ONLY have UNTIL 4/1/2024 to cancel, or you WILL be charged.
Hotel check-in time upon arrival is 4:00 pm. Hotel rooms are only available before 4 pm if the hotel has had an early checkout. If you arrive before your space is open, the hotel will store your luggage, and you are welcome to use any of the facilities while you wait. If you arrive on the first day of the symposium, your room may be ready after we start. The hotel will hold your luggage.
Suppose you arrive at the hotel by Early AM on Tuesday 5/7/2024. A small group meets for an outing to a local course. Please mark your interest in this on the form or contact Stephanie Lonon, SRN Live Events Manger, directly.
Attire Information
Wednesday and Thursday Sessions are business casual. Thursday Banquet Dinner cocktail or business. Friday casual.
