    Richard Marianos is currently a Senior Strategy Director for Ontic Technologies and was the Former ATF Assistant Director & Special Agent in Charge.  Mr. Marianos formerly lead the investigation into the Columbine school shooting.

     

    Flip Flippen, Flip is founder and chairman of Flippen Group. Flip developed the theory of Overcoming Personal Constraints to accelerate personal effectiveness by identifying and breaking debilitating behavior patterns that limit performance and hinder growth. He and his team developed the world’s most sophisticated psychometric assessment instrument, capable of identifying personal constraints and prescribing methods for changing behavior. The theory and practice of Overcoming Personal Constraints are being used in boardrooms, locker rooms, and briefing rooms to improve individual and team performance around the world.

    JC Jim Christensen, Ph.D., has been a visionary educator for the past 33 years. Dr. Christensen has served as a math teacher, principal and the past 21 years as superintendent. He has led four districts and shown significant improvements in academic achievement.

    General David Rodriguez, US Army, Retired

    David M. "Rod" Rodriguez is a retired United States Army officer who last served as the Commander of the United States Africa Command (AFRICOM). Born in Overbrook, Pennsylvania from a Latin American family in 1954 and raised in West Chester, Pennsylvania, Rodriguez earned his commission from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York in 1976 and earned varsity letters in football and baseball. He commanded at every level across the United States Army. General Rodriguez holds a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the United States Naval War College and a Masters of Military Art and Science from the United States Army Command and General Staff College.
